Ana Trius Chassaigne, Graduate in Medicine and Surgery is director of TRÍUS INSTITUTE in Barcelona, ​​Spain.
Dr. Trius specializes in all medical processes seeking to restore beauty within the aesthetic balance of each patient. Her great virtue is to take into account the facial characteristics of each person at the time of planning each hair transplant, in order to restore harmony to the patient’s appearance.

After graduating in the Faculty of Medicine of Barcelona, ​​she started working in 1991 in the area of ​​plastic, aesthetic and restorative surgery with Dr. Riad Cortés.
In 1997 she obtained the title of Master in Aesthetic Medicine from the Spanish School of Aesthetic Medicine.
In 1998 she joined the surgical team of Dr. Vila-Rovira as first assistant, starting in the area of ​​Hair Transplantation and directing it from 2002 in the internationally famous Teknon Clinic of Barcelona.
During that time, she optimized and improved the technique that was being used in the Instituto Vila-Rovira, organized and participated in numerous congresses on surgery, plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine as well as hair transplant surgery in the European Union.
She was also a faculty member in the area of Hair Transplant in the Masters Degree of Aesthetic Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Córdoba. She has published several scientific papers on plastic surgery and hair transplantation.
Since 2007, she has been dedicated exclusively, from the surgical point of view, to Transplant and Hair Restoration, since she recognizes she is passionate about hair in both men and women.

Ana Trius Chassaigne is certified as a transplant specialist by the Council of the American Society of Hair Transplant Surgeons. (ASHTS).

Dr. Trius Chassaigne received training in capillary restoration from the celebrated Dr. Matt Leavitt in Orlando, Florida, a subspecialty recognized by ISHRS.
She is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and The European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ESHRS).
Dr. Trius has written and published numerous studies on Capillary Restoration, being one of the main authors on scientific advances referring to the Tricofítico closure. She was a fellow of the ISHRS with Dr. Gaviria, performing one of the largest studies on this type of surgical closure.

She speaks Spanish, English, Catalan and French fluently.

She has the great quality of transmitting confidence to her patients, making them feel comfortable, calm and safe.
